Resolved Issue

I am writing in response to the excellent service proved by Mr. Dvorak Patel. I spoke to him regarding an a technical issue that was resolved by him. He also assured me that I would get my 100 Rs refunded on account of the glitch that took place because of an other employee. Your guidance is appreciated.
