I applied for new connection last week on 19th Sep and paid the full amount for 6 months package. The service guy came and installed the wires, but nothing was working. He said he will come and check the next day. it has been 10 days, till now they guy has not come and the connection is not working. I have made several complaints to customer care. They say within 24hrs it will be resolved, but still nobody has come to check the issue. Please do not buy Tikona service.I am asking for refund that also they are not providing. THis is how the company makes money from public.
