Dear Mr. Khandwe,

We have checked and found that the call done by you was not disconnected from our end and as per our set process if a customer call gets disconnected, we outcall the customer. However when our executive tried to call you, your contact number was switched off.

Now as confirmed with you on 18th March 2013, your query has been resolved and you are able to use the services properly.

This is ashish i'm using ur tikona braodband n i'm one of ur oldest customer and i have some billing issues and i would like to tel u that ur exicative din evn know dat how to treat ur customer. :x :x the guy called ferdeen whoes ur senier exicative from mumbai tikona care he cut the while toking, is this the way ur exicative treat ur customer. i'm explaining something he dint listen it fully and he cut call. thank alot for ur wonderful treatment...
