Thanks for asking feedback. I requested for disconnecting internet connection.
Reason is I hardly get time to use tikona internet.
Today I received a call back from customer care department. The information provided was good. She Ms. Ashwini explained various plan details.
Finally she accepted request for disconnection.
Overall communication and service was good.
