Ms. Kishori called to resolve the issues about net connectivity but already connection was working today unfortunately. She suggested me o call in evening and take first steps for resolving issues like discinnection of router and check. She was quite informative and helpful.

but my issues of frequency / speed and disconnectivity is regular. hence i request you to kindly wavier the amount since november 2018.
