user id 1111668495 Iam in bangalore and your technical person Kiran R contacgt num80XXXXXX96 coordinated well over phone and trouble shoot the issue.Now Speed issue rectified and iam thinking to continue tikona connection.Before I was thinking to disconnect tikona connection.
