It was nice talking with Tushar. He understands the customer problem and pain and try to resolve the issue asap. He is proactive in resolving the issue as well do the proper follow up with the concern department. He is soft-spoken and fast is answering the queries. He does the back work like going through histories of discussion before committing and saying any word.
