Plan Change

I had requested for plan change on 12-08-2019
On the same day I got a call from Mr.Anup asking for my reasons for the plan change request. He then explained about the new plan details and said he will give effect to my plan change request from 14-08-2019.
Accordingly I got a confirmation SMS and a mail about this.
I am happy with the service provided.

But, one thing still bugs me. I am still getting automated reminders to pay my subscription as per old plan. It is obvious that their system has not yet been updated. It would have been better if manual plan changes were updated in the system in real-time.

Anyway, it is OK.
