Plan Change

FEEDBACK FOR ISSUE ASSISTANCE FROM: ANUP

I Have been facing issue regarding:
1) Bill Mismatch and confusion
2) Plan change and
3) Continuous Bill payment reminder via SMS and IVR call.

After having concall with ANUP, I was been assured that same will be done within couple of hours.

Thanks for your assistance and
I HOPE ALL THE ISSUES WILL BE RESOLVED IN COUPLE OF DAYS, AND I WONT FACE ANY FUTURE PROBLEM.
