Anup was very courteous in talking and understood the trouble customer would have faced . He was calm and explained the calculation and also appreciated my patience in the entire matter . He had checked the entire issue before calling and had all the required details with him . He did his homework well before calling which shows he valued my time. I was fed up with Tikona and felt their service was really poor but Anup's call today changed my perception and I feel Tikona brand does care about it's customers The rest of the staff at Tikona should be inspired by people like Anup
