I have been struggling with the bill I received since 1 week in which I was wrongly charged. I have spoken with more than 10 agents noone could explain the bill and noone wanted to help. Finally my call got routed to Meenal she explained the bill and also made the necessary changes. She saved a customer for Tikonna today. I appreciate her help.
