Kiran solved the long existing problem for us. Our Videos were always buffering and it was annoying. I had called Customer care several times and all they used to say was "Problem with network tower". But, Kiran visited the place and solved the problem. The problem was distance between WIFI router and the television. Thanks to Kiran (Mobile: 80XXXXXX96).
