I would like to appreciate Abdul who attained the tech call at the call center and the quick response i received from Jyotiba was over whelming to me..... while i was facing lot of problem from the local team.

Abdul have good way to listen to my problem and acting immidiatly.

While Jyotiba had superb tech knowledge and caring attitude for the customer.
