Hi, I'm from Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

I have some issues with the wifi service. Yesterday, notifications in my two iPhones suddenly stopped working over tikona wifi. Notifications work fine on mobile data and even on other wifi networks except tikona. It also works fine on android devices.

I tried to contact Apple Service center and they clarified that the issue is not with iPhones but it is with service provider. They also shared an article with me about how Apple Push Notifications (APN) server works with TCP port. The link for that article: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203609 .

This problem has been occur a week ago and at that time restarting my session from your side has helped me as I was told that my session was stuck.
So, please restart my session again as soon as possible.

Please kindly go through it and resolve my issue.
