Hi there,
I would like to appreciate Ankita Sambare from your organisations for her help and support for resloving a month long bill and plan change issue whereas no other executives from Tikona were unabl to resolve and just beating aroung the bush.

She is very polite, courteous, very well knowledged, to the point, and have very good communication skills.
I am very much impressed with her work.
She really value each customer and she focused to resolve issue rather than passing it others.
Keep up the good work.. if tikona gets or prepared more people like you would help it to achieve more businesses.
You are a true asset for Tikona. Hope tikona values your contribution in its success and give appropriate return for your service.
