I would like to appreciate your engineer who visited my premises on 25th Nov 2020 against service reference number 1-9149220349.
The person was very polite knowledgeable and knew his work really well. He checked everything associated with the connection and was able to identify the reason of the issue and resolve it unlike the previous engineers who seemed naive and just blamed the router which I newly purchased . Though I have been following your instructions of complaining to the router company who have not been able to find an issue with the router because the issue was actually at Tikona end.
Please pass on my positive feedback to the engineer who attended my complaint for user id 1108721910 on 25th Nov.2020.
