I having Tikona wired net connection at home, I have been using this connection for last 2 years. Off the late, I am having terrible experience from your IT support.

Whenever we call for a problem, your IT support guys will never resolve the issues and they leave saying their "SENIOR" will attend the issue, but we never got any call from any SENIORS.

Since today morning I am having some serious problem with my network, your login page itself is not opening.

Kindly take this as serious issue and resolve at the earliest
