Hello Tikona,

My internet was down since 10 days from 7th march 2013 to 17th March 2013. I called tikona customer care multiple times but not got proper solution.
Now my issue has been resolved and under monitoring. The issue has been resolved by Anikesh (technician).

I am really appreciating his efforts to resolve the issue and 30% fee waiver. It again makes me to believe in Tikona.
