Dear Mr. Karande,

We have checked and found that the payment for Static IP was received on 13th March 2013; however the Static IP form was received on 22nd March 2013 and on 23rd March the Static IP configuration was done.

Now we are trying to co-ordinate with your technician to confirm whether the Static IP is working properly or not, we are not getting any proper response from your end.

We will contact you again on 27th March 2013 as requested by you for confirmation.

Dear,sir
last 10 days i follow up your customer care and your sales person but i cant get proper solution and not activate my static ip.please activate my static ip today other wise tomorrow i through out your all system and cancel your all my tikona care internet connection.better i go with cable net.after you decide what you do.
