Feeback for Pranali

Dear All,

I have spoke with some of the customer care members in tikona but i have got a nice response from Pranali. I like her way of speaking and understanding the customer. Her smile is too good :) .

Finally i can say one thing : Please understand the customer urgency and help the customer by giving a call/response which the customer needs when he is in problem and get feedback every time until the problem fixed.

@ Pranali : surely you will have a Nice Future.
