Wifi setting

I was trying to install my router myself but was unable to make it. I called tikona care for help and was told that I will be getting a call and the technician will help me with the same.
Today morning, received a call from Tikona and spoke to Mr. Bhushan Sonawane.
Mr. Bhushan helped me to get my router start working for me. Since I'm not techi guy, Bhushan put his best to make me understand the settings. He was very calm and polite throughout the call. I'm really happy with his sevices as he made my life easy by putting up router working. I wish him all the best.
