I would like Highly Appreciate sneha chouhan from retention team for the support she provided to me.
i had a billing issue which i reported many times to tikona billing dept but they did not understand my issue
and they disconnected my service then i decided to disconnect tikona connection at that time sneha took this issue seriously and resolved the billing problem now i can continue service.
