last i talked to customer care representative Pranali and i happy with his service. She handled my connection problem regarding my password properly.
But i have one suggestion that please suggest ur others customer representative that please clearify all the information to customer properly because for my simple problem i had called approx 7 or 8 times. after that i get solution all because of not clear onfo provided byur side
