HI,
this is with regard to tikona new installation. Today since morning I have been trying to log-in to the site, but was unable. I was told by the technical guy who was suppose to do the installation process as very easy process. Which I found to be very lengthy and cumbersome process. I wouldn't have done this without the support of Pranali who had guided me over the phone. Mr Yogesh was the technician who had come for installation. He was more interested in instructing me and my payment than installation. If the installation process is so cubbersome, why does not tikona provide full technical support not over the phone but with some proper technician.......
