After so many calls to tikona customer care i finally got resolution of my problem but just because of Ms. Bhubneshvari Binde just because of her countinuous effort and imidiate action i got my problem resolved.
I am sorry to say but its true that all other executive and even some of seniors including seniors and staff of Indore Tikona Head Office played really a very irresponsible role .
Anyways hoping that i will not face any such problem or any other connection related problems in future.
