1-2927702XXX- i called to get my tikona bill issues clarified as the billed amount was different from the amount which i was supposed to pay. she went through all the previous case log for which i provided the no. and waived off all the extra as promised by previous executives. but address change wavier is still not reflecting in my account. But overall my experience with her was good, she was a good listener and indeed helped me short time , by far better than any executive of tikona i have encountered. keep up the good work Mayuri
