my issue has been completely resolved now, as the plan is rightfully changed to 512 kbps which i wanted. so, i would like to take back my previous post criticizing the tikona care. i am totally satisfied with their professional work.

i asked tikona to change my plan from quarterly to monthly, they changed it to a 300 kbps plan and now it is useless as my speed is 90 kbps. you should have at least asked me which plan i want, but she was more focused to ask me to write a positive feedback in the forums. now i am suffering due to low speed.
lets see if tikona change my plan to 512 kbps.
