Holding the Internet services

I called tikona related to the disconnection of Tikona services for 15 days as i was planning to go for a trip. Nitin Rao from Tikona politely answered all my queries and all pro-actively suggested me not to disconnect and to keep the services on-hold till i come back.

I really appreaciate the proactive nature of Nitin Rao and Tikona Customer Care.
