Full and Final Settlement Issue Resolved

Hi,

After several escalations to the Tikona Customer Support our FnF is settled today finally, thanks to the Management team's representative Prateesh. The gap of missing active customer support was filled and within 2 days of escalating the 7 month old issue to the management team my problem is resolved now.

Keep up the good work Prateesh and team.
