poor service

The service has been pathetic of tikona broadband eversince i have started using it..if you have the records, you can check how many times i have called the customer care in the past 2-3 months...the problem was frequent disconnection...the issue was with the rooftop device which you engineers were unable to solve permanently even in 3 visits...the customer care guys promised(on several occasions) that i will get a call back from the network team within 2 hours but it never happened....finally the issue was solved only after the intervention of your TL Mr.Ashwin...If i have any words of praise in your team, it would only for him...And for the rest of the team, i dont think it is suitable to write here as it could be a public forum...Still i would like to know is the matter of changing the rooftop device so difficult that i have to call everyday??
