technical issue

Hello ,
Myself sambit mishra,using tikona id 1109168837,from last 3month i am using tikona,its a fantastic serice provider,initially i faced some network problems,but these guys took the issue and solved so quickly,and for the technical problem i faced they gave me a waiver in my next bill also,so i specially want to thank Mr Harsh Barot for his secial atention to the concerned customers,due to his kind efforts only my issue got solved so quickly,thanks to all
