Living with 30 Kbps for last 3 months!!

By subscribing to Tikona I got to see the worst possible customer support ever. I have subscribed for a 512 Kbps unlimited plan and whenever I need the most the speed is around 10-20 Kbps!!

Below are the list of incidents I have reported and most of them are closed without any valid solution.

The support technicians are just waiting for us to disconnect the call by promising " will be solved in 24 hrs". Each time we are told different reasons. One of them blindly told the issue is with my Wifi Router and asked me to bypass it. It worked till I was on call. Nearly 10 engineers have visited my home and they just come over here and ping a particular IP address and they say everything is fine. And indeed it will be working fine when they are here !! But when they are gone the issue is back again. One of them was so smart to say that since I have subscribed tikona this is obvious!!

Some higher management reading this please help me to get the issue resolved at the earliest. I am in deep trouble because of TIKONA. Have attached my speedtest details.
