MY NET IS WORKING VERY SLOW
YOUR PLAN IS 512KB/SEC
AND ITS GIVING ME MAXIMUM SPEED UP TO 40KB/SEC

Hi,
I am really an unsatisfied customer of Tikona. In a day only 2-3 hours I can get proper connectivity. When I call to customer care @1800 20 94276 they pickup the call after 10-12 min, and then say about different issue, and every time they suggest me to wait for 24 hour. Generally if the problem fixed before 24 hour, another problem comes. In my area( Soldevanahalli, Hesaraghatta Main Road, Bangalore-90) not only me, every Tikona users are facing same problem. When we people call to customer care, some time they show connectivity issue, some time they says about device problem, some time Tikona server problem. So dear Tikona Digital Network, we people pay for using your connection, not to hear that BAKWAS dialogues of customer care representatives, and it is impossible to call twice or thrice a day to the customer care. Try to fix the problem immediately and permanently. :evil: :evil: :evil:
