AGAIN, I AM FACING A PROBLEM AND HAVE TO USE LTE TO SEND THIS COMPLAINT. CONNECTION IS DOWN AND I HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT. MY SON'S EXAM'S ARE THERE AND HE NEEDS CONNECTION.
