Why are you guys not accepting my disconnection request?
I have called in customer care but they said you need to call other dept. now where is other dept.
I strongly saying i don't want use your services any more and i will not pay any further money this is my written instruction to tikona, please disconnect my connection. i am not liable for any futher fees or charges from tikona.
