We have tried calling on your registered mobile number, however, there was no response from your side.

Why I want to terminate my account?

I use internet for freelancing and gaming, got connection in mid of April (16-17). The very next day made a complaint on high ping and lag spikes (high Bufferbloat). Engineer visited fix the antenna got a decent ping but lag spikes were still there, kept on complaining for next 15 days no response. All I receive is message of confirmation. I am done with this connection, I am asking you professional and sincerly to pay my due of remaining 2 months, I wont ask of refund for current month as 15-20 days has already been passed.
