Very bad customer service

I applied for new connection more that 5 times to my home resident, they respond initially and said that a engineer will visit next day. It's about 8-9 days and there is no visit and they can't be contacted. Their helpline number never respond. It this high time of opportunities for ISP these idiots are ensuring their loss.
