Now you can register Technical complaints on 18002094276 / My Tikona App and for commercial you can register complaints through My Tikona APP, Chat (login page) & forum.

Hi Team,

First time I was taken the Tikona Boardband Connection dated on 29th April 2020. Sell personnel given 10mbps speed, he told it will work fine, my demand was 40mbps. But I am getting only 2.75mbps uploading speed. He force me to take 6 month plan. Now I want to change (after 45 days) my plan go to 40 or 50mbps speed, he asked to pay again for 6 month data plan. I want to pay only balance amount till due date. No customer care help me. No information passing to us when internet service was stopped due to maintaince etc. My user id is 1126023908.

VERY VERY POOR SERVICE OF TIKONA BROADBAND AT OUR LOCATION.
