Tejas Phalke - Service is very good. Helped a lot to identify problem and resolution. Done troubleshooting and identified issue with rooftop connection. Assigned technician also.
Just a request to him, to followup with technician till issues gets fixed. Should be a default process that tikona should start that service provider to own ticket and call back after ticket is closed to get feedback.
