Good Assistance

Was having trouble with the local tower. there wasn't anything that Tikona Care would have done anything..
It was so stupid that everyone kept telling me to restart my device and then they will check it.after making more than 15 call, Mr. Raja stood there for me took a great follow up of my issue and kept in touch with me till the issue is resolved....
I appreciate the concern of Mr. Raja as he did the exact thing which I was expecting from Tikona side.
and no one could actually understand my problem even after getting connected to about 10 executives.
I appreciate the service from Raja and happy that he is there in Tikona, otherwise no one would have considered my issue utmost..
