CHEATING - Never got promised speed. frequent disconnection

i am in Chennai and am in the 999 package which promises me 2MBPS. I have hardly gotten the promised speed ever. Most of the time i don't get internet at all. There is frequent disconnection of internet. Each time i call the customer for technical support, they only give me the standard troubleshooting steps to switch-off the device, restart it again or to delete the temp files. When i tell them that i tried them all, they would then register the complaint and give me a number (which i find of no use). When i insist that i need a permanent solution, they say that they will get a technician to call me or to visit my place. But not even once did i receive a call or did a technician visit me. This is so disappointing that i am having to call the customer care every single day. Why am i to pay you so much for your service, but only get pain in return ? Why are you giving false promises to your customers ? This is FRAUD. YOU ARE CHEATERS.

I have already paid for 3months at once during my first billing and i feel so looted right now. Below are few of the complain numbers for your reference.
