Tikona engineer don't understand Ping Packet Loss

I've been facing ~50% ping packet loss to default gateway; unable to surf at all - let alone connect to my office VPN.

Have raised 10 tickets - all closed, without my confirmation. Is this Customer Service?

When I call and tell them about packet loss - the tech staff is clueless - even their engineers are clueless...

I wonder what kinda engineers tikona hires to solve customer's tech issue?


Anyways.. if this issue is not resolved by 14Dec2013, I'm going to disconnect from tikona.
