Hello Team,
My name is Satabdi Ghatak , and my Tikona broadband connection id is 1109492687

I closed my Tikona Broadband connection. I was not satisfied with the service provided. And also faced a lot of problem while communicating with the customer care executives.
For getting one proper reply from the customer care department, I need to spend more than 30mins in every call. I was really disappointed with the service provided and the behavior of the customer care representatives.

24th apr 14: My internet connection was deactivated on the above mentioned date, But i didn't received any confirmation "email / letter / message" regarding the closure of my internet account.
27th apr 14: Material like Brodband connection devices, cable, charger has been submitted to the tikona executive (mumtaj ahmed-- with se id : 500046032) & WO ID : 4747390.
23rd May: Legal team member from Delhi called me from 01143646900 at 5.36pm and asked me to settle the amount of 2665INR towards the broadband usage, Else I will be moved to Delhi court. So, I made the payment of 2665 INR towards Tikona and the transaction id is 2305141705433.
Later in the evening on the same day when I checked in tikona site actual bill amount for month of APRIL 2014 is 1264.96 (even after due amount charges) which I can pay upto 12 may 2014.
I want to get my refund amount of 1400 INR. Which ,I paid additionally towards Tikona Broadband.
Note : From 24th APR 2014, My account has been deactivated

I received called from tikona team who talked like GOONS to me pay the bill but if I have not used it how come bill is of 95 GB as they used to say whether in tikona site usage is just 8GB. One more thing without any legal notice any court case cannot be done and I have not received any document related to the same. Suddenly the legal team calls and asks for the settlement of 2665, but the actual due amount was only 1264.96 INR. I need explanation for this.

Most importantly calling a lady and harassing in such a disgusting manner how does that make any sense kindly answer.

I need following items from your side to my email id(soft copy) or my communication address(hard copy)
1. Refund amount of 1400 INR.
2. Confirmation letter on closure of my Tikona Broadband account-1109492687.

I hope, my all queries will be answered in a proper manner.
Else I need to look for alternative options.
