I am new to TIKONA and completing first month billing cycle with the Id 1119947699. I have been facing connection drop for every day around 5 to 6 hours. Sometimes losing internet connectivity for a whole day. Also, if connection is there it is not providing a stable connectivity. For example, if I work through Team Viewer or calling with skype that disconnects for each 5 minutes. Raised a ticket 1-4496511187 by 27th dec 2016. The customer care executive told it will be resolved within 4 hrs. But still there is no progress. Whenever I try to reach customer care the voice telling already the above ticket in progress and you will get a call shortly. No progress at all. If this problem is not resolved within today or tomorrow, I will quit internet connection with Tikona and shall look for alternative.
