Ye connection lena meri life ki biggest mistakes me se ek hai.
Its been 2 long months that i got my connection reinstalled / shifted to my new address .. since then i have had n number of issues and i repeatedly kept complaining them about it but nothing was resolved. Now they've charged extra bill which got generated because they did not change my plan even after placing request soo many times. Now they are accusing me of lying and not paying the bill. I have asked for my call recordings. They are still not ready to help. And i have spoken about this problem with the executives soo many times which is there in all the recordings.
If the company cannot help they should atleast not cheat.
I trusted them and have paid for the annual plan already
I want justice. I will go to any extinct to show them what they have done. 995 is not a huge amount for me but this is the time to prove that such cheaters get what they deserve.
Worst company. Frauds.
They should be taught a lesson. Boycott these idiots!

Tikona - Worst, Fraud & Cheating Broadband Provider

Tikona is a fraud internet service provider. The service is very worst. The connection is advance monthly rental plan. But When you are disconnecting your connection they asked you to pay bill for the next month also.
If you send any mail to them or if you contacted customer care they will not answer properly.
Atlast they will send legal notice mail and some kundos will call and threaten you to pay the amount.
So friends dont take tikona broadband connection and share the same to your friends.

Myself and two of my friends faced the same problem.
