with the help of customer care number i couldn't reach to the technical expert or an engineer.
I need a technical support at home.
I am using tikona from past 2 years. I am very well known by exhausting the mbs the speed gets reduced.
But the reduced speed lead me to 20kbps - 30kbps Speed.
and when a new month starts i hardly get the speed of 100kbps.
this is going on from past 6-8 months.
I am trying to contact an executive but the customer care helpline is useless.
It just tells me that i've exhausted my MBs that's the reason i am getting lesser speed.
I need a contact number of technical expert asap.
or else i am gonna disconnect the network.
i am expecting this service within a week.
