YOUR COMPANY INFROM ME TO WAIVER OF RS 650.00 AT THE DISCONNECTION AND COMMITED ON 25 JUNE 2017. BUT AGAIN YOU DENIED THE SAME.

FURTHER THIS IS TO INFORM U THAT TIKONA AIPL TOWER IS INSTALLED AT MY BUILDING ONLY AT 104,NARAYANA MUDALI STREET,SOWCARPET,CHENNAI-600079. GOING TO CUT ALL THE WIRES AND LINES WHICH ARE GIVING SERVICE TO OTHER PUBLIC IN THIS AREA AND THROUGH THE API BOOSTER BOX TO THE STREET THEN I WILL NOT RESPONSIBLE.

IF YOUR COMPANY WILL NOT REFUND MY AMOUNT AROUND RS 2500.00 IMMEDIATE THROUGH WHICH I MADE THE PAYMENT (ONE MONTH ADVANCE RENTAL, LAST BILL PAID WHICH I DID NOT USED FOR UR TECHINCAL ISSUE, WHEN SAME PLAN IS AVAILABLE AT LOWER PRICE THEN WHY U Y COMPANY HAD CHARGED ME AT HIGHER PLAN AND INSTALLATION CHARGES. EVEN LINE WAS NOT WORKING THEN WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR THAT.

THERE ARE MORE THEN 100 COMPLAINTS ON THIS USER ID BUT STILL NONE THEM SOLVE PROPERLY. AUTOMATIC & FRAUDLY SENDING THE SMS THAT ISSUE HAD BEEN SOLVED IF NOT PLS CALL CUSTOMER CARE WITH IN 24 HOURS.

I ALREADY INFORM TO U R CUSTOMER CARE ABOUT THIS ISSUE BUT THE ARE NOT INTERESTED AND GIVING FALSE COMMITMENT. EVEN I INFORM TO DISCONNECT THE LINE FROM LONG BACK WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT BUT STILL LINE WAS WORKING AND BILL IS GENERATED FOR THAT I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE.

I WILL WAIT FOR 4 HOURS (UPTO 3.00PM DATED 29/06/2017 TO GET THE REFUND OF RS 2500.00 TO MY BANK A/C ON HIGH PRIORITY BASIS OTHERWISE I WILL DO AS ABOVE MENTION THEN I WILL BE NOT RESPONSIBLE.

FURTHER I FORCED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION ON THIS ISSUE WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE.

WAITING FOR U R REPLY ON HIGH PRIORITY BASIS.
