Complaint against my Bill (User id - 1121362160)

I have Tikona internet connection in my office.

And I have Purchased the plan of Rs 1800/- for the 3 months and 10 MBPS, Representative(Imran) told me that you will not get any bill for 3 months.
But in the first month only i got the bill of Rs 350/-.

I dont know why, i would like to request you to solve the problem.
I am not going to pay any amount for 3 months, or you can just disconnect my internet.

Also i am just facing internet speed issue from last 8-10 days.
I am just feed up with the connections.
