For more than 1 month i am being told that my network end issue is being proceessed by network team but it is of no use as there is so much network fluctuation in my connection.Whenever i call to tikona care they do not give me specific resolution time for network end issue and say sorry.Moreover when i call for discoonection i am asked to wait for 24-48 hrs which is useless since april starting.
Finally i can say that tikona's network team is unskilled/incapable of resolving network end issue as it could not resolve it in 45-50 DAYS.
