Hi Team,

Following are the payment details, still payment not reflecting in tikona, paid from selfcare portal via paytm and daily getting overdue mails

Paid for Order
Tikona Order #1107073773PAYTM160518114550
Transaction ID 18903021427
2018-05-16 11:46:11 AM

Same thing happened last month as well and I have to pay extra amount.

If paytm payment will not work please remove from self care portal.

I need refund of 18 Rs which I paid extra last month, gst applied for late payment not waived off.

Please make sure late payment fee not levied on next month, paid late due to billing issue.
